Luca’s House is in Pescina of Seggiano, on Monte Amiata ,Tuscany. We are in Podere Barbaglia, an old country small-holding dating back to the 19th century, build entirely in stone it has been renovated respecting the typical rural architectural characteristics. It’s a small ‘village’ with an ‘agriturismo’ or farmhouse accommodation and two apartments for long or short stays for a total of 14-18 people In the structure you can have sauna and whirlpool, WiFi connection both inside the house and in the garden. Small and medium-sized animals are welcome. We are close to termal places as: S. Filippo, Bagni Vignone, Petriolo and not far away the winter ski slopes offer several kilometers of slopes equipped with two chairlifts and ski lifts
Nature
The small-holding is in the midst of the countryside, surrounded by the biologically cultivated fields of the farm and by pine and chestnut woods. it’s a great place to observe and meet deer, porcupines, rates, foxes and squirrels, buzzards, hawks, sofwarms of fireflies and butterflies.
