The house
The farmhouse is a curious hotchpotch building made up of different contrasting dimensions, the result of a llo stseries of building works and extensions each typical of the period.
In addition to the owner’s apartment, the farmhouse currently has two independent apartments, an ‘agriturismo’ that can be divided into two units if required and an agricultural annex with a slate roof – unusual for Tuscany – which will shortly become a sauna and Jacuzzi.
Outside there is a wood oven for making bread, pizzas and whatever your imagination conjures up.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a colourful garden with nooks and crannies for sitting and eating. Then there are the woods.
Brezza apartment
The small BREZZA (Breeze) apartment has a kitchen with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with places for 2-4 people.
Ciliegio apartment
The Ciliegio (Cherry tree) apartment has a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It is ideal for 4-5 people.
Agriturismo
The ‘agriturismo’ (farmhouse accommodation) consists of the PETRA e FONTE (Stone and Fount) apartments with three bedrooms, a large living room with a thermal fireplace, two bathrooms and a small kitchen. It is good for 6 people plus children.
Alternatively, the two apartments of the ‘agriturismo’ can be separated, each with its own entrance.
Petra apartment
The PETRA apartment has the living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small kitchen, for 4 people and 2 children.
Fonte apartment
The FONTE apartment has one bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchenette for 2 people and a child.
